1. Information we process
Account information can include an email address, display name, avatar, necessary identity identifiers returned by a sign-in provider, and session and security state.
Content you provide can include documents, attachments, comments, sharing settings, imported or exported files, support email, and other information created or uploaded in the service.
To operate and secure the service, necessary technical information may be recorded, such as request time, error records, device or browser information, IP-related information, session state, API use, and audit records.
2. Why we process it
Information is processed to create and maintain accounts, store and synchronize content, provide collaboration and export, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Content is used for a feature-specific purpose, such as sharing, publishing, translation, or AI assistance, only when you choose to enable that feature.
3. Who can see content
By default, content is visible only within the workspaces and to collaborators you authorize. When you create a public link or publish content, that content may be accessed and retained by link holders, search engines, or other third parties.
Do not place identity documents, payment credentials, passwords, private keys, health information, or other highly sensitive information in public links, shared workspaces, or unsuitable third-party features.
4. Third parties and cross-service processing
Doco may use third-party identity, email delivery, cloud hosting, networking, diagnostics, or AI-model services to provide features. Necessary information may be processed by those services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Doco does not intentionally disclose your content for purposes unrelated to the service, except where required by law, necessary to protect the service or users, required for a feature you explicitly request, or authorized by you.
5. Retention, export, and requests
Information is retained for periods reasonably needed to provide the service, address security and disputes, and meet necessary obligations. Because of backups, synchronization, public sharing, and third-party processing, deletion or withdrawal of public content may not immediately remove every historical copy.
You can export your Doco data in the service. For questions about account information, content processing, or a deletion request, email doco.page@outlook.com. Requests will be answered after verification and assessment of applicable obligations.
6. Security and updates
Reasonable measures are used to protect the service, but no internet transmission, account system, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your own sign-in methods, devices, tokens, and local export files.
